Dr. John Scott was born in Worcester, MA.  He attended Holy Cross College and Georgetown University and completed his residency at  Presbyterian Medical Center in Denver, CO.  He also participated in the Kaiser Permanente Executive Education Program at Stanford University.   Dr. Scott served in the military as a Brigade Surgeon and after his service practiced at Kaiser Permanente as an Internist and Geriatrician.  He also held the positions of Chief of Medicine, Director of Primary Care Redesign, Physician-In-Charge and served on the Board of Directors from 1993-1997.  He has taught at University of Colorado Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital and is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Luke Breckenridge was born in New York City, and grew up in Baltimore, MD.  He attended Harvard College and Johns Hopkins Medical School and  completed his Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt and Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Colorado Heath Science Center.   Dr. Breckenridge practiced cardiology and interventional cardiology for 40 years, the last 30 years at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
